Great location on Wilshire - I was asked to find accommodations for a family member who needed a place... I was pleased to find the Wilshire Motel...Several places to eat in the area... A supermarket is nearby to pick up snacks... accommodations in that area on Wilshire at those prices is extraordinary. This is not a luxury hotel, but a place where one would stay again--which is always the true test of value received.

especially the hotel managers...they were so helpful and hospitable. I will definitely refer all of my family and friends to stay! We look forward to going again soon!

and days in LA and now we know where to come next time we are in LA. These little rooms and cottages are so cute!

tried the Wilshire Motel, which is very easy to get to from UCLA on the #2 Blue Bus...It is a set of small cabins set in from Wilshire Blvd. ..I got a back cabin which was clean, small, basic, but at a basic price. ...Not for those who like fancy hotels, but the location can't be beat.

I came to LA for a family birthday and was looking for a low priced place to stay. I found the Wilshire Motel on-line and it was in close driving distance to the Santa Monica Beach where my event was being held. I gotta’ say for what I paid, the place was great. I was able to get a coffee at Starbucks right next door, and grab apresent just a couple doors down - yeah, it was totally perfect. Lots of international guests at the motel too - I was surprised to see. Kinda’ cool crowd - Japanese and French students were there while I checked in, and a French Canadian family were checking out. I liked it - It's my new go-to place for a cheap, clean stay in LA.
